There are many opinions about how much tobacco in a hookah needs to feel a full-fledged taste. If you do not catch the very edge of the permissible, you can face many problems, for example, the rapid burning of tobacco or, conversely, the burning of only the upper layer without affecting the lower one. In both cases, initially an error was made, in this article we will explain how much you need to put tobacco in a hookah bowl.
We will analyze the classical case with a 50 gram package, which, as a rule, is used by the majority. So, one third of the package usually goes to one hookah, but this does not mean that you should always use the same amount of tobacco. First you need to estimate the real volume of the bowl and take the tobacco, loosening it. Next, we spread the loosened tobacco on a plate or board, and only after that we proceed to filling the bowl.
From now on, read carefully, since, this is probably the most important part that controls the burning of tobacco.
The idea is that the heat must circulate freely inside the bowl, and for this it is necessary to place each leaf of tobacco slowly in a bowl and in no case to press them down. Otherwise, you risk ruining everything that has already been done. Then do not forget to leave indent from about 3 millimeters to 0.5 centimeter maximum, between tobacco and foil or kaloud. If we ignore this rule, the tobacco will immediately begin to burn and on this all the taste will end with a crash and a failure.
If you have already put too much tobacco – it is better to clean than to press with your finger.
The main thing is to remember that if the tobacco is too little, it will quickly burn out and you will not feel the rich taste. And if too much, then the hookah will be hard to smoke and it will be bitter.
